Personal Information We Collect.

For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising related to our products or services. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally, to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Payments.

Authorize.net Payment Gateway
We accept payments through Authorize.net. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Authorize.net, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access: All data returned by Authorize.net, including (but not limited to) cards’ unique IDs and users’ details. Our team members have access to this information to track user identity on Authorize.net’s server.

Disclosure Of Data.

Legal Requirements
Ergometa may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
