Description

Automated Post-Processing for Dental 3D Printing

FabWash is designed to automate the key steps after resin printing, including part release, washing, and drying. By reducing manual handling, it helps protect delicate printed parts and supports a more consistent post-processing workflow.

Thorough Cleaning Performance

A magnetically coupled impeller provides strong, even agitation to help clean printed parts effectively. FabWash can be used with compatible cleaning solvents, including IPA, water, and alcohol solutions above 75%, depending on material requirements.

Compatible SHINING 3D Workflow

FabWash is built to work with SHINING 3D AccuFab dental printers, including AccuFab-D1s, AccuFab-L4D/L4K, AccuFab-CEL, and AccuFab-F1. Some printer platforms may require an adapter for proper compatibility.

Smart Programs and Custom Profiles

Pre-programmed material workflows help remove guesswork from washing and drying settings. Users can also save custom wash and dry profiles for frequently used materials, while Wi-Fi connectivity supports updates for firmware and material libraries.

Easy Operation and Safety Features

FabWash is designed for simple daily use in busy labs and clinics. Safety features include automatic start/stop sensors, build platform detection, solvent bucket detection, a safety pressure sensor, and an emergency stop switch.
