This novel 3D printing plastic was specially developed to document the digital production process using 3D printing for quality management. Without further conditioning of the surface, the molded part printed from optiprint match can be scanned again to compare the obtained data with the output data set of the work. The user thus retains control over the accuracy of his digital manufacturing process and valuable support in root cause research in the event of deviations. Optiprint match increases quality assurance in production. Optiprint match’s eye-friendly, gentle dull brown color provides a homogeneous surface appearance of the printed part.
