Description

Controlled Post-Curing for Resin 3D Prints

The Asiga Cure is built to deliver consistent curing results for resin 3D printed parts. Its intelligent dose-based curing system measures light exposure inside the chamber, helping users achieve repeatable results even when curing different quantities of parts.

Vacuum Curing and Infrared Heating

A built-in vacuum system helps reduce oxygen inhibition, which can cause sticky or under-cured surfaces on printed parts. Infrared heating supports curing temperatures up to 80°C, helping compatible materials reach their intended mechanical, thermal, and surface properties.

Flexible Material Compatibility

The Asiga Cure includes a material profile library and also allows users to create and save custom curing programs. This gives labs flexibility when working with Asiga materials, validated third-party resins, or specialized workflows that require specific curing settings.

Inert Gas and Vacuum Options

For applications that require an inert curing environment, the Asiga Cure can be connected to an external gas source such as nitrogen. The system also includes an acceleration port for connecting an external vacuum pump, helping reduce vacuum pull-down time in high-throughput workflows.

Smart Interface and Hands-Free Operation

The Asiga Cure is designed for easy daily use with a smart user interface and touchless lid operation. Users can manage curing profiles, adjust workflow settings, and operate the system with less manual contact, making it practical for busy lab and production spaces.
